EXPERIENCE COUNTS - The four owners have a powerful depth of understanding in the field of aircraft maintenance.

Greg Swift is a retired airline manager and chief inspector with an established history.  Greg holds his A&P license, IA and DAR designations.   He is factory trained on Robinson Helicopters and is a Certified Rotax Maintenance and Service Technician. As a FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR) he can assist when an aircraft owner/ operator needs a liaison with the FAA.

Rich Gwin is a retired airline executive with a firm foundation in commercial and general aviation.  Rich Gwin holds his A&P license and is an IA. He is factory trained on Robinson Helicopters and Cirrus Aircraft.

         As a designated FAA representatives, IA's can provide Inspection Authorizations for clients and customers.  An IA allows qualified mechanics the privilege of performing certain inspections on U.S.l registered aircraft. It permits Airframe & Powerplant mechanics to perform a great variety of maintenance and alterations.

Barb Olsen-Gwin has over twenty eight years of experience in aviation ranging from maintenance to marketing.

Flora Swift has over twenty five years of experience ranging from aircraft audits to fabrication/refurbishment of aircraft interiors.
